充電池に対して「バッテリーがあがった。」と言う事はありますが
「電池があがった。」とは言わないと思います。
「電池が切れた。」だと思います。

「電池があがる」という表現はありますが、その場合の「電池」は必ず「充電池」を指していなければいけないようですね。修正しました。

「充電池」は「電池」の一種なので論理的に考えれば正しい気がするのですが、どういう訳か「電池があがる」という表現は聞いた事が無いですね。
さらに言えば「充電池があがる」いう言い方も私は聞いた記憶が無いです。
「バッテリーがあがる」は普通に使うのにどうしてだろう…。

もしかすると「バッテリー」という言葉には「乾電池」などのイメージよりも自動車に搭載されている液体が入った充電池のイメージが強いので「干上がる」感じがするのかもしれません。
電池が「切れる」理由は謎です…。
