I’d rather pay close attention to supposedly non-existing genders in English...
Just because the band Prodigy arbitrarily gives "brain" a masculine gender doesn't mean the lyric wouldn't be equally correct with "send her to outer space"
Genders, especially in creative natives language, are anything but arbitrary: they’re fundamental...
The "he" isn't necessarily referring to the aforementioned brain.
Besides when translating into a gendered language wouldn't you just translate it to whatever case "brain" has? You're supposed to translate things to sounds natural, not necessarily literally.
