Je me demande si cette phrase signifie également "Mia fratino ŝatas melonojn kaj ankaŭ min."

en théorie (si tant est que l'on puisse parler de théorie cohérente pour une langue qui est un mélange de dérivations populaire du latin et savante du grec...), vous avez raison, mais en pratique, cette phrase ne serait pas employée dans ce sens et on dirait alors « Ma sœur aime les melons, et m'aime aussi. » ou « Ma sœur m'aime ainsi que les melons. »
