for this I actually know why
that was a problem from when I was running the deduplication script
I used to run it some days after the dump, creating the following problem
the dump say that
sentence A is linked to sentence B
sentence A' is alone (but identical) to A
during these two days one add a translation C to A'
my script merge the link from A' to A that he was aware about (aware of? , if you can add a sentence using the correct one ^^) at the moment of the dump
so we lost the link that we should have seen between A and C
Last month I've developped a new tool to deduplicate the database that create the modification file in some minutes versus half a day so I'm more likely to have some minutes of "laptop ON" time right after the dump rather than half a day
so now this problem should appears anymore (or in some very rare case, as the time 'window' between the dump and the actual version would be shorter)
Note: I should be able to create a tool that check for such case (but only for the 'ghost unlinking' created by this new script)
