If the sentence info has to have a separate line, maybe it’s a good idea to place it under the sentence, not above it? It seems like the language and info icons are currently aligned with the sentence itself, and in short sentences they end up at the bottom of the header, which IMO doesn’t look good. I mean this:

I know that “doesn’t look good” is a bad argument, but still I don’t think it was intended to be like this.
All the comments appear to say "X minutes ago, edited X minutes ago" even though they were not edited.
Great, thanks again.
Thank you for the response.
Also, that may be a minor thing, but the info icon and the reply arrow in "latest comments" are seemingly not aligned: the arrow is a little to the left from the icon above.
> Perhaps that "arrow" icon would be an even better icon to use for the link to the sentences pages (from the logs and from the comments on the "home" page)
+1, and replace the current arrow (direct link to a comment) with a chain link or a #, as Guybrush suggests below.
I'm not sure why it looks like an arrow point in "Latest comments" section, but on a sentence's page it looks like a chain link while having the same function.
In the edit mode (after clicking on "Edit comment") the design of the page is still old, is it supposed to be like that?
Thank you, these are interesting stats. Although sometimes there are controversial sentences where two or even more "OK" ratings may be not very reliable because there are also "unsure" or "not OK" marks besides them, e.g. in #2635269.
Also, this new style differs too much from the rest of the page; the logs now look alien. Unless TRANG is planning to make everything like the logs, of course.
Some avatars are chopped in the new logs, apparently those that are not square enough to fit into a circle.

Thanks! I can’t see the page now so I sent a request to join the translation.
Yes, it’s possible for advanced contributors.

Is there any reason why Lingua Franca Nova is called "Langue de nouvelle France" in the French interface?
https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lingua_franca_nova
Even if we want to translate it into French, wouldn’t that be "la nouvelle lingua franca"?
Also, most languages in the drop-down menu are capitalized, but some are not (adyguéen, cachoube, ojibwé…) I guess that needs to be corrected to one option or another.
When two or more translations are possible, it’s better to add two or more sentences, in this case one with "han" and another with "hon". One of the rules is "Don’t include annotations as part of sentences", so please don’t write "han/hon".

I guess it’s okay to use "hen" but only if that’s what you would use in real life.
Meanwhile you can try to install Noto Sans:
https://noto-website-2.storage....ans-hinted.zip
Can it be that your browser is using another font instead of Tatoeba’s default Noto Sans? That font may be too wide so the word has no room in one line.
It does work. Without it, alternative scripts for some languages (Chinese, Uzbek) are shown even with the corresponding option in settings disabled.
Perhaps “No audio button” and “No romanization” scripts are also worth adding?
For Stylish (add-on for creating user styles) you can use this:
@namespace url(http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml);
@-moz-document domain("tatoeba.org") {
body, select, input, textarea, button, option, optgroup {
font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;
}
}
You can type in any other font instead of Trebuchet MS.
I guess it really means only "Where did it all begin"? If so, all other sentences (not only English) should be unlinked.
