Just another proposal: Our Members page is great. But I think it would be even greater if one could somewhere see the coverage of languages by active users (recent comments or actions in logs). For example, table where rows will be language flags(eather from a profile, or from actual sentences he has contributed, for example sorted by number of sentences per language); and in columns of the table users that are here available to be directly called upon an issue they might be able to provide some help. And maybe not all languages to be listed in such table, but few one that viewer might has chosen in settings(or himself has contributed in)... This is particulary useful if a language of interest is a rare one.

That's a good idea. In the meantime, there's CK's list of self-identified native speakers: http://bit.ly/nativespeakers

Actually, this list has a sufficient lack: there is only one native language for every person, though there are some bilingual people in Tatoeba, who can't determine their 100 % "native" language.
I know it's his personal conviction, but it doesn't always work properly in real life.
