I can reproduce the Edge issue.

This is how it looks like in Edge:

In Edge, if you hover over those weird looking buttons you can kind of see what they are (like the first one is transalte, the word "translate" appears in a baloon message if you hover over it), but if you press it nothing happens.

EDIT: Translate button does work! You need to press it once, wait for at least 4-5 seconds, press it again. That's really weird.

I was able to reproduce the Microsoft Edge bug, although the icons are quite messed up and not missing

EDIT = the messed up icons I saw are just like as they are in deniko's screenshot
