Como posso fazer uma pesquisa no banco de dados pela palavra LASTING que não resulte todas as frases com LAST, mas exatamente o que procurei?

How can I search by the word LASTING in the database, but don't results all sentences with just LAST. I need exactly sentences with the word that I searched.

To match a word exactly (ignoring capitalization), put an equals sign (=) before it.

=LASTING
