Is there a mechanism to have a wish list of words of a given language in order that the native speaker of that language can provide new sentences using that word? I think it would be very helpful for both native a non-native speakers.

Explanation:
Sometimes, there is no or few sentence in a given language using a particular word. And sometimes, the existing sentences do not cover all meanings of a particular word. I know according to the guidelines this site encourages members to contribute sentences in their own native languages. Hence, it is better that new sentences would be given by native speakers. If such mechanism in this site can be given, non-native speaker can suggest a word (perhaps with precising an exact context or indicating a particular meaning of that word in case that word has several meanings) in order that native speakers can provide a sentence.

p.s. Just for an example, I couldn't find a sentence containing the adjective "stringente" in German sentences.

Unfortunately, the "Add vocabulary items" feature does not offer the ability to specify a meaning, though this has been discussed over the years. I added an issue ticket:
