The Ukrainian wikipedia literally says "Every even number that is not less than 4...", which is effectively the same.
That's not true in this form:
8=4+4
It's true though.
8 = 5+3
It doesn't mean it can't be the sum of two non-primes. Basically, that is equivalent to:
For every even number greater than 2 (let's name it p) there exist two prime numbers m and n where p = m+n.
