I have never heard or read the word "كلوب". Some people, especially in the Middle East, tend to use English loanwords even when an Arabic equivalent is available. I think that those people like to show off their knowledge of English. Otherwise, an English loanword is only used when a new concept hasn't had an equivalent in Arabic. For example, back in the 1960's and 1970's, you'd sometimes hear the word "باص" used for "bus" and "تلفون" used for "telephone" and "كمبيوتر" used for "computer" and "ساتل" used for satellite, etc. but nowadays, almost no one uses them and we have Arabic equivalents for all those words. Even words that are borrowed from Western languages are gramatically Arabicized, therefore, you have "تلفزة" for "television" and "فيلم" for "film" (with a grammatically Arabicized plural "أفلام").

Regarding the link you posted to that Arabic-Russian dictionary, yes, I think that the dictionary contains a spelling mistake. "Club" is "نادي" with a long "ن" and not "ندي". Therefore I suggest you be very careful when you use this dictionary, and I recommend that you use another dictionary in parallel or even a better dictionary to avoid errors.
