Vi eble pravas ke "racio" ne bone taŭgas, sed mi opinias ke nek "saĝo" taŭgas, ĉar "common sense/sens commun/menschenverstand" ne estas saĝo, sed baza kapablo por pensi...

"komuna saĝo" ankaŭ ŝajnas al mi kiel kultura idiomaĵo...ĉu la azianoj diras tion ?

reta-vortaro difinas "ordinara" tiel : "Ne diferenca je la normala grado: ordinara inteligenteco"
