Due to irregular database exports some stats look like a disaster. :-)

'links.csv' from the latest dump contains less links (12542971) than that from the June, 3rd (12577530). Also, it has the odd number of links, so I guess the data is maybe incomplete or corrupted.

Here あきらめ (諦め / 諦らめ) is a noun that means "resignation, acceptance, giving up".
諦めのいい人 ~ a person who reconcile himself to his fate easily. I'm not sure if we can call such a person "philosopher" but maybe this is appropriate in some contexts.

This is because the same English string "To" is used in both places. Localisation mechanism uses English strings as keys, so to fix the problem some other string should be used for labelling "To" message header (for example, "To:").
