I recently changed the English translation of this sentence. Instead of "believers think" there is only one God, etc., now "followers believe" there is only one God, etc. The only real issue would be the word you use for "believe" or "think." In English, if I used "think" in that situation, it would imply that the speaker believes Christian beliefs are false. Since I changed it to "believe," however, whether or not the speaker believes Christian beliefs are true or false is no longer in context. I did this to reflect the original Japanese.
You may not have to change anything, but I don't know how Russian works, so I just want to make sure your translation still holds up.
