休む has a sense meaning "to stop doing some ongoing activity for a time; to suspend business", and the English was linked to this sense. I think it's slightly odd. Probably your edit is OK, but it may impact on the Polish and Spanish sentences.

日英のみのペアであれば、さほど問題はありませんが、日本語に他の言語の翻訳がリンクされている場合、日本語の変更が他の言語に影響する可能性もあり、以前お見せしたガイドラインにのっとった作業であっても注意が必要です。

日本語に他の言語へのリンク（青い矢印）がある場合、日本語を修正するのではなく、KK_kaku_さんが正しいと思う翻訳を新たに英文に追加するのが、最もトラブルが少ない方法かと思います。
