Shouldn't this be "I want to do this now" or at least "That's what I want to do now"?
In fact, we've no grammatic structure like "to be going to do".
This is why it's hard to translate that exactly.
The sentences "Ezt fogom most csinálni" and/or "Ezt szándékozom most csinálni" would be also correct or incorrect.
But you're right, the literal translation is that you wrote.
(Annotation: Hungarian sentences have a rather free word order. The first position of the sentence is the most emphasized place and therefore we don't need to write "EZ AZ, AMIT most fogok/szándékozok/akarok csinálni". Nevertheless, it's not wrong.)
