The flag is already associated with another language in the country (Tigrinya). Not sure what other option to use?
You can do many sentences as variants with the flag of the same country (Eritrea) for Tigrinya.

There's no country called "Tigrinya" (as for 2020).
It would be wise to change the Flags for Tigre and Tigrinya, both because they're different, but closely related languages, and it might get confusing sometimes, and because the current Eritrean flag - doesn't represent most of the Tigrinya speaking community, by number - the bigger community - is in Tigray-Ethiopia, were it's the official regional language.
It's official in Eritrea as well, along with Tigre, Kunama, Bilen, Nara, Saho, Afar, and Beja.
