The following translations are none literal but would be something more commonly said in English, because the sensitivity to the word "You" is not as strong:

Don't speak to the boss like that, what the hell!
Speak with respect to the boss, what the hell!

The German seems to capture the meaning of the Japanese much better than all the English translations, which all seem a bit strange to me.
