Lately, Yorwba has been working hard to improve the Pinyin transcriptions and simplified/traditional variants on Chinese sentences. The algorithm is now based on CC-CEDICT, a more up-to-date and better maintained dictionary, with some manual tweaks. Yorwba’s work is now visible on tatoeba.org, as all the Pinyin and simplified/traditional variants have been updated (manually edited Pinyin was left as-is).
