I hardly ever have objections to _adding_ sentences.
As you are effectively creating 'near duplicates' you could put a -1 in the 'Meaning' field on the annotations page for the new sentence.

Don't worry too much about it though, there are 2,000 or so sentences that have yet to be indexed so one or two more won't make much difference.
