The first thought that pops into my mind is "what did you order", so what will be served to you.
Referring to an amount, I'd more likely say 'which are you getting," since the selection is a short list "small, medium, or large). This is also just pushing it, looking for other possibilities. I'd very unlikely say this.
Exactly, so why, then, is ''wie viel bekommst du'' (which (of the listed sizes) are you getting) a direct translation of ''WHAT are you getting'' in this chain?
