So why is the third one different or why were they written apart from each other in the first two?
I mean why isn't it ''Ich hierbleibe.'' while Indikativ Perfekt is ''ich bin 'hiergeblieben''

"Ich bleibe hier": there is a natural stress on "hier".
"Ich muss hierbleiben": natural stress on "hier".
Both correspond.

"Ich muss hier bleiben": suggests a stress on "bleiben", which to my ear is not natural. But I could imagine it in poetry and other exceptional circumstances.

Compare: "Ich muss hier arbeiten". You would never write these words together like "Ich muss *hierarbeiten". It does not make sense to stress the "hier", which is why we separate them to show this. With "bleiben" it is a differnt matter. The stress is always, or nearly always on "hier". So you write them together.

This is a fascinating issue, Gulo. Thank you for getting back with your question. I have never thought about this before but this is how I would explain it. I hope it helps. At least a little.
