Maria jam estas ino, do ŝi nur devas fariĝi instruisto por esti instruistino. Laŭ la regulo de sufiĉeco kaj neceso, oni povas forlasi la finaĵon.
Ofte estas pli bone forlasi ĝin por eviti konfuzon.Kompari ĉi tiun 2 frazojn:
1. Angela Merkel estas la plej bona ĉefministrino de Germanujo.
2.A.Merkel estas la plej bona ĉefministro de Germanujo.

En #1 Oni povas komprenis ke nur inter la virinaj ĉefministroj ŝi estas la plej bona. En #2 ŝi estas plej bona inter ĉiuj ĉefministroj, viraj kaj inaj.
