I think a part of the answer is hidden after "that".That is, "I will wash it." not a complete but understandable. So I will translate it.
"I think that during this week." ->
"This week, I think." OR
"Sometime this week, I think." OR
"Sometime during this week, I think." OR
"Within the week, I think."
Note that "that" needs to be followed by a complete clause, even in informal speech.
