You're sure? My textbook taught it in written form (I don't remember it being specified as oral).
It is a bit localized to some regions though. Particularly the northwest... There they add the 得很 to everything :-)... Don't remember hearing it too much in the bigger cities.
yep I neither remember haven't read a book or newspaper with this structure, and my friends (chinese native) told me it's oral only, but their mostly from the south
Although now that you mention it, I don't recall ever seeing it in written form anywhere outside my textbook, haha...
(spoiler I don't like "learning text book" so maybe I'm not really objective)
but after seeing a French friend with a book teaching 中国话 and 法国话 for "chinese" and "french" I don't trust the "it's written in my textbook" :p
