I think this should be joined into one sentence. Notice that the second part is not a sentence.
I think a comma would be appropriate.

Possibly the following, but I'd more likely use a comma.
I don't envy your life — not even a little bit.
It's not a sentence, but it's a perfectly normal unit of speech. For example, there's nothing wrong with this exchange:
- "Aren't you envious?"
- "Not even a little bit."
I don't think we need to have picture-perfect sentences that might stand as examples in a schoolbook. Ordinary, imprecise, language is worth having, too.
