
"Wie?"

There are two other German translations which use the pronoun "wer" so I thought it best to use who for this translation. I think "wie" could also be used in the same context but I don't think there are any significant differences in that respect.

Yes, there are two indirect translations which use "wer". That seems to be the 'fault' of the Esperanto sentence ("Kiu=Who"). I think that's not a correct translation and should be unlinked.
The German sentence literally means: How is the bill paid? (future meaning) -> How will the bill be paid? (cash, credit card...).
(Maybe you wouldn't normally use passive voice in English, I'dont know)

I will change to "How is the bill paid" then
