There is no "explain me". There is either "explain to me" or simply "explain".

Thanks for the correction. I heard native speakers use this grammatical construction (explain me) and an English teach from the US confirmed me that, too, but she also told me that this is rather ghetto language. Of course, I'm not interested in this type of English at all :-)
