Можно поспорить. Обычно эта конструкция идет в связке с такими маркерами, как tomorrow, last year, usually, always. Здесь же другой случай.
В примерах переводов встречается такой же вариант как у меня http://www.lingvo-online.ru/ru/...20this%20time.

Но если менять конкретно это предложение, пусть будет "на данном этапе"
