This is Early Modern English, as found in the King James Bible (see the tag). This particular example is from Genesis 3:9. You can read it in context here https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/...s)/Genesis#3:9

"Thou" and "you" used to work like "tu" and "vous" in French, or "du" and "Sie" in German, where "thou" referred to a single person and "you" to several, but politely also to only one. Nowadays, it's only found in some editions of the Bible, Shakespeare and other texts written in that period.

I've unlinked the modern English version since we wouldn't use these in the same situation in current "English". We don't currently have a language designated as
"Archaic English", so I don't think these two should be directly linked to each other.

In other words, we wouldn't want a student of English to think that they could use this sentence in the same way we'd use "Where are you?"

I notice a number of links to modern-language translations, and some even go to variants of "where are you" (plural or polite). Shouldn't they be removed too, as per the comment above?
