This sentence could use a second English translation.
The current one, "I don't know you anymore", is certainly correct but can be interpreted as "You've changed so much that I no longer feel you are the same person you were"
That is not the intention of the Japanese sentence. It's about "I despise you so much that I do not wish to ever see you again." (Perhaps too harsh of a translation though.)
Why suggest a 'second English translation' instead of going forward yourself and adding it?
I'm not a native and I can't find a good translation myself, so I made the suggestion in hopes that someone else can find one.
