Could we also render the French variant with the following sentence in Turkish:
Bana Tom hakkında bir şey söyleyebilir misiniz?
Or do we have to use "bir şeyler"?
no no you're right, I thought "social turkish", it isn't necessary.. but I don't know, it is like "Bana Tom hakkında bir şeyler anlatın." so, we must to say "Bana Tom'u anlat." We don't say "Bana Tom hakkında bir şey anlatın." I'm so confused. Who can help us for this sentence?
So, let me ask you that:
What's the meaning of "bir şeyler", and then, what's the difference between this expression and "bir şey"?
Bir şey, "un truc" "une chose" but we don't want only 1 information about Tom. We want some imformations.. I thought that, but if I am wrong, someone can me say.
