Structurally unobjectionable, but it rings a little false. I'd say either, "You're wide of the mark" or "That guess is wide of the mark."

I might use this sentence as "Your _guess_ is wide of the mark" to assert "You're just guessing" or "_Your_ guess is wide of the mark" when others are also guessing.
