「なに」は漢字で書かれることが殆どですが、だからと言ってその理由だけで短絡的、機械的にすべてを変更するするような事は、私は好みません。
日本語文における漢字は、使い過ぎても少なすぎても読みにくいものです。
又、普通漢字で書かれるものでも、隣に来る漢字によっては、読み間違いを起こさないように平仮名にした方が良い場合もあります。
そういった事をいろいろ考えながら、一文一文判断すべきだと思っています。
