如果是對別人說的話（比如說，服務員問同事），德語的「Wer will heiße Schokolade?」（強調「wer」）還算正式。如果是問客人的話，就應該會說「Wer von Ihnen hätte gerne heiße Schokolade?」。

英文句子因為有「some」只適用於第二種情況吧。

我把「wants some」的句子斷開了。你覺得如果服務員問同事，貴客其中「Who wants (the) hot chocolate?」可以說「哪位要热巧克力？」嗎？
