Translate PaulP's sentences

You can do it yourself. Here's a short guide:
https://www.manythings.org/tatoeba/audacity.html
@CK will help you if you need assistance. But, btw, I see that you added sentences in about 60 languages. I don't suppose that you know how to pronounce them all, right?
I can do the Dutch and Esperanto sentences for you if they don't come from copyrighted sources.

Ĝojan Paskon ankaŭ al vi!!

Oh, I used team@tatoeba.org and didn't get an answer. So I used the wrong address. Thanks for letting me know!

Interesting link, CK. Thanks!

Not just slow. Mostly I get the message „Tatoeba is currently unavailable. We are sorry for the inconvenience. You can check our blog or Twitter for more information.”
But nor the blog nor Twitter gives any information. Yesterday I hardly did 10 % of the work I used to do in one day.

I don't understand, Maaster. I adopt and correct sentences in „my languages” regularly. If an autor unadopts sentences, there is no need to be begged to change them. You can use a simple link to find them all:
https://tatoeba.org/eo/activiti..._sentences/epo
(change "epo" to the code of your language).

Welcome back, Trang! I wish you and your baby all the best in 2024!

I often wondered about this list. As far as I understand, it contains sentences that have often been translated, no? But almost every day I see sentences with typos or grammatical errors in it (and of course I send a comment to the authors). But this means that a lot of contributors just translate without seeing the errors, right? Or seeing them but not caring about the errors? Of course, that's not your fault, lbdx!

Mi lasis noton ĉe frazo #2102397. Post korektado tie, la eraro malaperos ankaŭ en kono.be

> Huomaa että isänpäivän päivämäärä vaihtelee maasta toiseen.
Ook bij ons was vaderdag al een tijdje geleden.

Also in my humble opinion Shekitten is a quality contributor. I never noticed the slightest reason to ban her.

> since PaulP has been very actively rating Esperanto sentences.
Just 450 000 unrated sentences left :-))

> Is there a way to make a list of sentences with ratings by a specific someone?
Yes, That's easy. Go to the profile page of that specific someone, and in the right hand corner you can click on „ratings of [user]”.

Is there a way to find all sentences in a certain language that haven't been rated?

Tatoeba's Code of Conduct says: We do not tolerate
Insults: saying something offensive about someone or some people.
I know that insulting is a fundamental freedom, but I do prefer to follow the Code of Conduct.

Yes, I think there is a big difference. If I sent a letter to a person in the capital of Ukraine, I will write Київ. But in translations I will use the form that is normally used in that language, and this is not a political statement. What worries me more is hate speech in Tatoeba, e.g. #10729170. Do we allow this?

Thanks, Trang! It was an interesting talk! An it was nice to finally see you in person!

Danke schön, liebe Lisa! Koran dankon, thanks a lot!

> Dumb question but what does “kadavra servisto” mean?
Something like „undertaker”, the one who takes care of dead bodies.
