This technically means something like "I built this, which is for you.", which doesn't exactly match the English, but I don't think anyone ever says what I just suggested, so I think this works, although you might want to say the full "这个" as "建造了" (in contrast to just "造了") doesn't quite match just "这".
If I want to be as close to the English as possible, I would follow the structure of #10668649 instead.
