It would be better if you change it to a sentence like "Please, come in." Tatoeba is about collecting sentences afterall.
Yes, I agree with saeb that it would be better to change it to a real sentence. That way you could also show in which kind of cases of prosím you would use "please" and when "you're welcome". Of course, there are lots and lots of sentences with "please" already, so you'd have to make sure to think of something original. :)
But anyway, even if a sentence happens to be only one single word, it should still start with a capital letter and end with a period. And if this single word isn't a sentence, you shouldn't add it like that in the first place, but first make a sentence in which it's used.
