Ja, "halte" ist Konjunktiv I
zum Beispiel: Tom sagt, er halte nicht viel davon (indirekte Rede).
Hier aber kann nicht der Konjunktiv verwendet werden. Es ist einfach eine Aussage
-> Tom hält nicht viel davon.

("Tom macht keine große Sache daraus" wäre vielleicht auch eine Möglichkeit;
oder "Tom legt nicht viel Wert darauf")

es steht kein Leerzeichen vor einem Satzzeichen (das kann hier zu doppelten Einträgen führen, falls die Variante ohne Leerzeichen auch eingetragen wird)
