I've noticed that a decent quantity of the languages on Tatoeba have flags with poor rendering. This isn't a common issue with languages that have more sentences written in them (a notable exception being Spanish), but it increases rapidly with a decrease in sentences in a language (71 of the 100 smallest languages by sentence count have the issue, while only 39 of the 100 largest languages by sentence count have the issue). I was wondering if this is a known issue, and if it's considered an issue at all.

In order to prevent spam maybe there should be a program based rule that user must translate some number of sentences before posting here.
This sounds logical and good, but this option will prevent ordinary people, for example, who are simply learning languages, from writing on the Wall, since not everyone comes to translate sentences.
Well this idea should be improved, but I think it is a good starting point.
One possible outcome, especially if this requirement were made public, is that spammers would simply contribute junk sentences in order to be able to post spam. Then we'd have bad sentences (which in themselves might contain spam) in addition to spam on the Wall.
I don't agree. This prevents ordinary people. Banning spam manually doesn't affect people's experience of using the wall. Tho I think the "The message content violated our rules, therefore it is hidden. It is only visible to administrators and the message publisher." message shouldn't be shown to people. They're kinda useless and it is annoying to see bunch of hidden messages when you open the Wall.
