"Get out." would make it a sentence.

Are the other 2 items also not sentences?
If so, they should be deleted, along with this one.

I would say this is a sentence. It has an implied command.
I agree at least somewhat with shekitten, though I can also see why this sentence might go against the guidelines. It means the exact same thing as ‘‘Get out!’’, though it may confuse a non-native speaker.
I can easily imagine the context (but that's probably because I'm a native speaker), and have seen this word used by itself to mean ‘‘Get out!’’ in many forms of English media (though not in formal writing.). It seems to have a slightly more forceful connotation than just ‘‘Get out!’’
It usually appears when a first character has asked a second character to leave. The second character is about to ask the first character another question, or say something else, then the first character forcefully says ‘‘Out!’’
Though, if using this word by itself doesn't have a clear enough context behind it, maybe someone could write some sentences using it in a dialogue, deleting or putting some kind of tag on it to specify that it's a command.
Can't remember all of the places I've seen it used as an interjection, but here's one I've read recently in a comic:
Rodimus: How can we be confident you'll make the right decision?
Optimus: I'm sorry?
Rodimus: You closed the curtains on us back there, but you didn't shut down the audio feed. We overheard you and Megatron, and--
Optimus: You listened in?
Rodimus: --and to be honest, it was getting a little. . . cozy.
Optimus: Get out! Get out! All of you! Out!
