Mi uzis tie sen akuzativan adjektivon por signifi (se la frazo estus tute kompleta) : kiu estu malpli kosta.
Fakte se la persono elektas meze de pluraj proponoj povus esti : Mi deziras malplikostan ĉambron (sen uzo de usformo).
Ekde la franca frazo mi komprenas laŭ la unua maniero !
