Mohamed Zakaria is following a spelling convention generally followed by the Berber speakers of central and southern Morocco where they don't write the letter "e" in some words, but not all the people of the area follow it.

The verb "kcm" (enter [in the imperative]) would be spelt "kcem" in other areas.

We will keep it as it is. He only has to add a period at the end of the sentence.
