Im Duden (http://www.duden-suche.de/suche...ND]=ausrasten) steht tatsächlich "(südd., österr.)" dabei, war mir bis jetzt nicht bewusst, obwohl ich bemerkt habe, dass das zweiduetig ist.

Auch "daheim" ist laut Duden-online "bes. südd., österr., schweiz." in verwendung :)
