
Hmm, this is a tough one.
Sentence #2089105 by Zaghawa is definitely odd.
It uses the polite form for "Sie" but then he omits the polite form on the word "Ihre" by writing it in lower case.
I guess, you could change it to: "Bitte öffnen sie ihre Tasche.", to completely omit the polite form and then you would have a sentence that is somewhat different from the other one.
But it seems to me, that no one would actually do that.
You either say: "Bitte öffnen Sie Ihre Tasche.", like kokage did it or you just say: "Bitte öffne deine Tasche.", when you want to sound informal.

Forget about what I said earlier. I talked to Zaghawa and both sentences are correct.
It was a misunderstanding that arose from not having any context related to those sentences.
