I've never said "hi, hi, hi, hi" when I've felt a strong wind. Who made the English sentence? How pathetic.

Hi, this sentence is an import from the Tanaka corpus, you can find how the sentences from the Tanaka corpus was collected there http://www.edrdg.org/wiki/index.php/Tanaka_Corpus So as you can see, this sentences was made by Japanese speaker, so not English native.
One of the goal of Tatoeba, is to proof read these sentences. I'm neither an English native so I'm not able to correct them. But feel free to propose one, so this way people will not felt your consternation anymore while looking this sentence :)
