Audio: tail is cut off
What you hear is the beginning of the T which mostly is pronounced T-hh (in Germany) and it gets cut off by the Shtooka tail-gate.
What you hear is essentially the click when the DAC drops from a loud volume (high voltage) sound to zero instantly, and this is similar to a T sound, but much much shorter and clickier...
That’s why editors usually cut on zero-crossings where the volume is zero, so you don’t hear this click...
Look at many of her sentences that end on
• -cht (-acht, -icht etc.)
They are all tagged as cut off for that reason. The effect is even stronger there and cuts off already in the middle of the -ch sound of -acht or -icht !
