Yes: archaic English. For instance, the King James Bible has a line that goes, "Thou shalt not live; for thou speakest lies in the name of the LORD".

It means "You speak." where 'you' is singular. It is archaic, though with this spelling it is considered Early Modern English (still ISO 639-3 ENG), and not Middle English [ENM]. For it to be Middle English, it would have to be of the form "Þou/þu/tu/þeou spækest/spekest" (though 'th' can replace 'þ', it wasn't common until the late 14th century)
