I'd translate ちょっと痩せたんじゃない? as "You've lost some weight, haven't you?". Is this the same as "Haven't you lost some weight?"?
I don't really understand what this sentence means, so I can't decide if it's a match or not.
A negative question is one of the trickiest thing for me.
