Dieser Satz ist fies, denn er ist zweideutig. Erstens kann er fragen, ob es wahr ist, ob der Gefragte Tee ODER Kaffee haben will (logisches ODER, mögliche Antworten: ja, nein). Aber andererseits kann er fragen, welche Getränke von den Optionen [Tee, Kaffee] der Gefragte haben will (mögliche Antworten: beide, keins von beiden, nur Tee, nur Kaffee).
Beim Übersetzen sollte man diese Zweideutigkeit also beachten und evtl. auflösen (wenn es geht).

I don't see the ambiguity (or Zweideutigkeit) in any of the other languages. I believe it has been translated quite straightforward in all the other languages (I also haven't thought that the current sentence was equivocal). ☺
